Vegan & Plant Based

An opportunity to learn how to cook a variety of vegan and plant-based recipes in a friendly atmosphere at Neva Culinary Affairs. These vegan & plant based recipes offer delicious flavours from around the world. Coupled with evergreen styling and tips on how to recreate this way of eating at home, this workshop is definitely not to be missed.

We will be making the following dishes:

• Minted Spinach Soup

• Cashew Cheese

• Potato & Corn Latkes with Tofu Sour Cream and

• Matcha Earth Bites

We truly believe in the value of learning to cook together. You will learn a whole range of new skills to enable you to recreate your meal at home again. Please bring your own bag and containers in which to take your meal home.
