The majority of the classes will be led by Neva Kip.
Neva Kip who previously was the chef & owner of Fabrika Zeytinlikoy, a venue in Imbros Island, specialized in gastro tourism.
In addition, there will be a variety of highly knowledgeable guest chefs who will come from different specialised fields in the culinary business to lead classes at NCA.

Guest of the Month
We are always excited to welcome Guest Chefs to Neva Culinary Affairs. This month, Lucy Pearson, an expert in vegan cheese making and vegan nutrition joins us to share some recipes and techniques.
Lucy is as an expert vegan cheese maker, cook and vegan nutritionist. Her passion for teaching stems from 25 years of working in schools, before going on to retrain as a development chef for a vegan events company based in London and The Cotswolds. Now a freelance chef and writer, Lucy is also the co-founder of retreat company eatyogaheal, where she combines the medicinal properties of plants with their multitude of flavours, to produce extraordinary food.
As well as leading workshops and creating her own dishes, Lucy also offers private coaching, recipe testing and menu consultancy both to private clients and businesses such as The Holiday Inn Group.
